Ground shipping is FREE on orders $85 or more (to the 48 contiguous states).

Standard Ground Service: All items ship from our NJ based warehouse and arrive within 2-6 business days of receiving the order.

 If you’re in a hurry, you can expedite your order for three, two or next day service. Please note: Transit time on

• Orders placed by 2 PM EST Monday through Friday will ship the same day - with exception to any holiday closures or unforeseen weather exceptions.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
• Please note transit time does not include weekends and holidays.

When you place an expedited order, shipping will be estimated between weight and dimension as it pertains to the shipping option you choose.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged the expedited delivery charges. 

Please note: all shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes, military APO/DPO/FPO addresses or US Territories/Protectorates

We are so sorry to hear that your purchase didn't work out!

Eligible item(s) can be returned within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value for purchases made solely through Ledonneleather.com. A Ledonneleather.com order number or proof of purchase is required for every return. Please note that Le Donne Leather is unable to issue credits for orders placed with retailers other than Ledonneleather.com (eBay.com, Amazon.com, Etc.) and retail stores. Please contact the company that your original order was placed with to find out the return instructions/policies for that company.

Please use the original packaging to return the goods. If original packaging is not an option, do not fold, bend, roll, etc. the item/s to accommodate a smaller box. If damage occurs to the product during return transit, the item will be returned to the customer and a credit will not be issued.

Please note Le Donne Leather goods are made from the finest selection of full grain vachetta cowhides, high quality hardware, superior craftsmanship, durability, and innovation. Our unique designs complement the natural markings, tone variations, and character of each individual hide. Leather is an entirely natural product; don't expect the uniformity of man-made materials from it. Slight imperfections such as scratches, scars, wrinkles, and natural color variations should not be considered defects, but rather part of the character and beauty of natural fine leather.

Freight charges are nonrefundable. For orders shipped with free freight offers, the original cost of the shipping charge will be deducted from any return that is non defective.

How to return your purchase:

Please use the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the home page with your return request. A return authorization will be emailed to you within 24 hours (by end of day Monday if claim is submitted over the weekend).

A Return Authorization number must be requested for any return, repair, or replacement. When an item is returned without this authorization number, credit, repair, or replacement cannot be guaranteed and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Le Donne Leather will not be responsible for any returns made without prior authorization, regardless of proof of delivery.

Used goods are NOT RETURNABLE and will be returned to the customer. Le Donne Leather will not accept used goods for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect and this must be done within 30 days from order date. (Please refer to the Warranty Policies)

Upon inspection after receiving the return to the Le Donne Leather warehouse, credit will be given for the full amount of the item(s).
